As partner churches pursuing Kingdom progress, we're committed to growing and developing together for the sake of those we serve. Leadership War Room is our annual gathering designed to help executive pastors and other operations leaders in the church advance their leadership skills.

A key part of our commitment to launching planters and strengthening churches is pouring into the health of our lead pastors and their wives. This is a special time to gather those who lead our partner churches for some encouragement and fellowship as partners, and respite and renewal as couples.

The Church’s mission is clear—to make and mature disciples of Jesus. To accomplish this, God gave us his Spirit, his word, and each other. Each year at Vintage Con, we expect the Spirit to equip and encourage his people through powerful preaching and vertical worship, through intentional learning in practical ministry workshops, and through intentional fellowship with other Christians, church leaders, and ministry teams. Join us as we gather together to grow together.
